Discussed best practices — both in New York City and elsewhere — for harnessing real estate revenue for parks maintenance and expansion at a recent panel held around a report I co-authored for the Center for an Urban Future, entitled “Creating and Capturing Real Estate Value to Generate Dedicated Funding for NYC’s Parks.”
